Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms and Conditions.
Plans and Purchase
The plan name, billing interval, price, included access, and any trial are displayed immediately before purchase. Apple purchase-sheet terms control App Store purchases. Stripe checkout terms control web purchases. Taxes may be added where required.
The code-free web trial provides one Coach case and does not require or charge a payment method. Starting another case requires paid access. Trial access provided through an eligible program or referral code is separate and may have different disclosed limits. An Apple free trial exists only when Apple displays it in the purchase sheet.
Current web subscription options are:
- 7-Day Cram Pass: $34.99, including 250 examiner turns per rolling 7 days, with a usage notice at 200 turns.
- 30-Day Prep: $64.99, including 1,000 examiner turns per rolling 30 days, with a usage notice at 800 turns.
- 90-Day Prep: $159.99, including 1,000 examiner turns per rolling 30 days, with a usage notice at 800 turns.
Apple displays its own regional prices and applicable taxes before purchase.
Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval at the price disclosed by Apple or Stripe until canceled. By confirming purchase, you authorize recurring charges. Any price change is subject to the notice and consent required by law and the payment processor.
Cancellation
Cancel web subscriptions through the Stripe-hosted billing portal on the Profile page. Cancel Apple subscriptions through Apple subscription settings. Online cancellation is available without contacting support, although support is available at [email protected].
Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless the processor states otherwise, access continues through the end of the paid period. Deleting the Coach account does not cancel the subscription; cancel with Apple or Stripe first.
Failed Payments and Access
If a renewal fails, the processor may retry payment. Access may be restricted after any processor-provided grace period ends. Restoring access may require updating the payment method or resubscribing.
Usage and Availability
One examiner turn is one candidate response followed by one generated examiner response. Opening vignettes do not reduce the included allowance. Included turns are measured over the rolling window displayed for the plan.
Users with an active subscription may purchase 250 additional examiner turns for the one-time price displayed by Apple or Stripe. Purchased extra turns do not expire, are consumed only after included turns are unavailable, and remain associated with the same Coach account. An active subscription is required to use them. Canceling a subscription does not erase an unused extra-turn balance. Permanently deleting the Coach account removes the unused balance.
Subscriptions provide individual educational access subject to the disclosed usage controls, device limits, rate limits, and acceptable-use rules. They do not guarantee uninterrupted provider availability or a specific examination result.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Apple controls App Store refund decisions. Web billing errors and legally required refunds are handled through support.
