The beta stores account email, practice messages, and security logs needed to operate the service.

Dictation audio is used only to create a transcript and should be discarded immediately after transcription.

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, or other patient-identifiable information.

Final commercial privacy terms require legal review before paid public launch.
